KADS SADS Excavator Cylinder PISTON SEALS design description:

The SADS combination seal is a double acting seal and guide element consisting of an elastomer seal ring, two retaining rings and two guide rings. The sealing ring has a good sealing effect both statically and dynamically, and the retaining ring can prevent the rubber from being squeezed into the sealing gap. The function of the guide ring is to guide the piston in the cylinder and absorb radial stress.
This design is for medium duty applications and can be used in open or closed mounting grooves.

The standard piston seal assembly consists of a rubber element, two retaining rings, and two guide rings.
Simple seal installation
Rubber original: high-strength wear-resistant material
Retaining ring: high-strength wear-resistant elastomer
